Just found about this site. After three kids, I have piled on the kilos. My youngest has just turned one. I want to lose some weight so I can look and feel better and have more energy for my kids.
It is so hard starting.
I get so discouraged. I have such a sweet tooth and have formed bad habits this past year. I always feel the need to eat something sweet at the end of a meal.
I have to stop "helping" the kids eat the remainder of their food.
I want to be able to enjoy going shopping for clothes. I used to. Now I hate the idea of it.
