As well as walking 6 Miles, Ive been in the hot tub all night doing aerobics. Hopefully that burnt some more cals. :)

I will proceed with my weight loss journey from 220lbs to 116lbs! I’m highly motivated and know that Rome wasn’t built in one day. One pound at a time, I’ll be there soon.
