Ok so I've been walking every other night, (minus the dog) and I've noticed that I've had more energy and my tummy is slowly going down... I've been trying to limit my food intake and not over eat. I need to drink more water!!!

I walked last night, 2 nights in a row! I would walk tonight, but my knee is bothering me a little bit.. I will be back on track tomorrow...I am trying really hard not to weigh myself everyday...that will drive me nuts!!!!

I took my first step to getting in shape and doing this challenge! I went for a walk around my block tonight! I grabbed my ipod and rocked out to Weezer (Blue Album rocks!!!) I got home and has this wonderful feeling of accomplishment! I will attempt to do it again tomorrow, provided my legs are ok...go me!!!
