What have you been doing?
Hi. I picked up the book a couple of weeks ago and have read through most of it. As a 4th grade teacher, I am pretty active most week days. My classroom is the farthest from the central part of the school and I try to take advantage of that by walking to the office to check my mail, talk with anyone over the age of 10
I think the key to my long-term success is going to be seeing this whole thing as a life-style change, not a diet to go on and then go off. I am trying to be more conscious of what I eat, when ,and why (if I stray from the eating plan). I just got back from an hour-long walk and will probably ride my bike to watch one of my students play soccer later today.
Do you have the dvd? I was thinking about buying it, learning the routine, and then teaching it to my students as part of their daily physical education. Sooo, good luck and keep moving. We'll see ourselves in shape soon enough.
