uhh holidays = unhealthy death.
lets list the ways I've cheated
Saturday:
went out saturday night: drank a long island ice tea, a daiquiri, and some lemonade-y thing. ate 5 chicken wings and some loaded fries and ranch.
Sunday:
ate some shrimp pasta with a garlic cream sauce, a goat cheese appetizer, drank a margarita, and had some ice cream and banana bread thing for dessert.
portion control isn't an issue. what I'm eating still is. and its become harder and harder to workout without someone doing it with me. gotta keep pushing, gonna go biking tonight.

did well on the food side of things today. breakfast & lunch under 500 calories. dinner for around 700 calories. gonna have a snack at around 300 calories totaling 1500.
Tomorrow's meals...
breakfast:
granola bar 90 cal
yogurt 100 cal
fruit 30 cal
diet green tea 0 cal
lunch:
ham sandwich 240 cal
sunchips 110 cal
brownie pack 100 cal
cherry coke zero 0 cal
dinner:?
didn't workout today. hoping to run tomorrow or walk for a couple hours.

made healthy chicken tacos for lunch! yum! went to the gorge and hiked for 3.5 mi. now about to make a fruit salad.

Did a few good things recently for my mind and body:
Worked out for an hour on Monday. Spent $100 on healthy groceries. Went fishing with family. Went to the movies with a friend. And got myself a date.
Did a few bad things recently too.
Ate fried fish. Had fast food on sunday. Did work out today. Screwed with my sleep schedule.
