Welll today I've had to eat with my family so i am eating more than I had planned. (1200 cal) I can't run today. 1200 calories isn't terrible. Maybe Saturday can be an off day from this diet. Just over a day ago i was 127.8 lbs and as of now I weigh 123.6 lbs. So I guess I deserve to indulge. Kindof. Also, my weight loss and thin obsessions are secret to friends/family..

update: i ate 200 more calories. 4 oz dannon yogurt (50 cals), 10 cherry tomatos (10 calories), a special k chocolate-pretzal cereal bar (90 calories), and half of a keebler mini fudgestripes cookies 100 calorie pack (50 calories). Im gonna weigh myself first thing tomorrow. 800 calories for the day is OK...

Today i have consumed almost all liquids!! (600 calories) but 25 of the calories were from vitamins/supplements. I will try and eat 800> calories a day. I know the first few days will be difficult. Today was day 1 and... it isn't terrible..yet. I dunno i will have to wait and see. I was very hungry at school but then i ran in 7th period (track) and haven't much appetite. I ran approximately 4 miles. It is almost 5 pm and i don't plan on eating until breakfast tomorrow.
