Walked for 90 minutes, but spent the first 30 of 'em picking up trash & broken glass in the trails. It never ceases to amaze me how irresponsible people are. I don't understand the mentality that enables someone to throw their empty bottles or bags on the ground or out the window, or not pick up after their pets. All I know is that I can't stand looking at it day after day, and don't want to worry that my dogs are going to get glass embedded in their paws.
Saddest part is that I barely made a dent.
Enough venting.
So...walked 90 minutes, 60 of them aerobic according to my pedometer (although the first 30 were more aerobic than the last 60, that's for sure). 6715 steps, 3.75 miles...

Got blisters on a couple of toes from walking so much. I don't want to stop walking, but it's become a problem and I need to fix it.
Managed a 90 minute jaunt this afternoon, felt every step!
10378 aerobic steps / 5.12 miles
My kingdom for a piece of chocolate! Why am I craving chocolate today? Had a trail mix bar instead, also on the "forbidden" list but hey, it was here & I needed something before setting out. The apple just wasn't enough.
The more active I've become the hungrier I get. Need to devise some healthy, filling (satisfying?) snacks. Worst of it is that I now get hungry late at night. Hate to eat after 8:00; can't sleep when hungry. What to do?
