I started following WW at home 08/09/09; I was doing really good for a while, was really sticking to the plan. By Thanksgiving I had lost 18 pounds!! Then came Thanksgiving day and one plate turned into two...turned into THREE!!! I completely fell off the plan, and before I knew it, it was New Years Eve and I had been eating like crazy!! My new years resolution was to stick to the plan and really get the weight off this time. Not for my husband or anyone else, but for me! I miss the old me that could wear a bikini and turn a few heads. It has been so long since I have truly felt Beautiful, and I know it affects me more than I like to believe. Since New Years I have really been struggling with sticking to WW. I do great one week and then go right back into my old ways the next week!! I just dont know why I cant seem to say no to temptation!! I am starting of as of now, but I just feel like I am setting myself up for failure.... again!! I know that I am being a real pessimist, but I know that I have to get back on track. Our 5 year anniversary is coming up in May. We are planning a trip to Vegas, and a summer trip to Disney World. I want to look back on the pictures and see that I was truly happy with who I am.... and not see that I was trying to hide from the camera!! My GOAL WEIGHT is to get back to my pre- baby weight (its still baby weight even though it is from 8 years ago) which means, 125 pounds. That is a long way from where I am now! I know that for me to succeed I need to set smaller more attainable goals to start with, so I am going to say that my new short term goal is 150 pounds! its been a long time since I have been there, and I know that it is doable if I really buckle down and stick to it!! I have done this before, I just have to really mean it this time! AND I THINK I DO!!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!
