I struggle most at night. It's emotional eating and I really feel like i have to give myself "something" to feel better. Food doesn't ever fix this "i need something" feeling, but it distracts me from the the feeling long enough to get the feeling to go away for a few hours.
I have lost a lot of weight in the past just from not eating at night and I am ready to start this journey again.
