Really good, much better,no snack bar for lunch, no eating out and walking to and from bus everyday.

Starting this again after a while. Suddenly stood on scales in Winter and and gained a small elephant. Attempting to track poundage to assist in losing it, mainly effects of fries and mayonnaise and meals that are nice and carb loaded - not Ugandan starvation diet! Apparently people who eat the same meal more often lose weight faster, I think the logic behind that is the fact that repetition leads to boredom which means you eat less. But the wellsite was very good for me, need to return to that idea! In Holland and onshore so it becomes easier - however there is alcohol, which is totally unhelpful! :)

Finally after some months on the rig site for 7 weeks and eating bad food leads to pound loss. Started going to gym again but eating rice makes me feel very bloated!
Living in Africa so heat helps!
