I am a 55 year old woman. I have been married for 38 years. James is my husbsand and we have four children. Our oldest is Down Syndrome . We are blessed to have a large family, 4 grand children, and plenty of friends to share our life with. I have gained some weight do to personal problems in our life. In 2011 we lost both of our fathers. My Dad suffered with ALS Lou Gehrigs disease, it was awful. My husbands to sudden heart attack. Our Down Syndrome son had brain surgery for seizures. Then 2012 started and my husband had an aourta anuerism that ruptured and he was told he wasn't going to make it. Well he did and he is doing great. So--I have gained 15 pounds and it is time for me to take care of me!!
