Recently went thru a divorce and did a ton of emotional eating. All I did was eat and cry and then start the cycle all over again. I gained 12lbs during September alone. That is not who I really am, nor who I want to be. I am and want to be stronger than any food. I need to lose 80lbs. Seems impossible but I can do it. Starting today I am going to start dieting using Atkins, but the healthily Atkins. I won't survive on bacon alone.
