Hi everyone, My name is Raven, I am a 48 year old female, I am married with 4 kids, 22, 20,14 and 3 :) I recently went into cardiac arrest, so I am still recovering, I have been home now since October 13th, I am eating well a little on the lite side but sticking to it! At my heaviest weight years ago I was 265 lbs, I am now 148lbs, I am 5'2" and looking to get to about 135lbs, I am doing the Mediterranean diet and I am loving it.
