Emmm, i must admit that i skipped a meal yesterday, cos i was soo in a hurry, since my brother had a lovely Twin Girl yesterday, thank god they are safe and sound and pretty adoorableeeee, so i couldn't not stick to them for a while...
Now get back on track...

Emmmm it seems that i need to get back to my original plan, since integrating bean into my diet was not effective in my case ;)))...
I will get back to my plan and will record what happens...
