I did so well today at work. This morning had a luna bar 180 calories and of course can't start my day out without coffee. So coffee with some cream we'll 50 cals. Than lunch I had a steamed healthy choice meal-300 cals. For a snack around 3 I had a handful of buffalo flavored wheat thins-to die for! :) we'll say around 150 cals. But than...... dun..dun... dun my wonderful hubby decides for dinner we are having Pizza Hut. That ruins my day! So I decided I need to have groceries in the house and meals ready to make for when I get home from work. Meals around 400 cals or less. Any ideas? But also, I need to stay cheap. We don't have much of a grocery budget as we figure that out last. Any help I can get on that factor too would be good. I work an office job a very stressful job too. When I'm at work I think I hate sitting all day-wish I could be out enjoying the nice sunshine. But by the time I get home I'm so stressed out and mentally exhausted I don't want to do anything. Folks I'm in for a disaster of obesity. Ok so I'm not huge but being married only 3 years and already I'm saying I wish I looked like I used to in our wedding pics. Something's gotta change. Help me please!!! Do you work? Do you have any ideas how to budget groceries, eat low cal and still want to workout after a stressful day. I really need a buddy to workout with too but can't find any near me.
