A little demotivated looking at the scales. But I realised its probably because I started working out before I started dieting, so the weight gain may be due to muscle mass. I hope I'll see the numbers fall soon.. :'(

I find that eating smaller meals and constantly is better i think. When youre not consuming carbs, no matter how hearty your meals are, it doesnt seem enough. So eating constantly (every 2-3 hours) on say a mini salad or some leftover chicken from lunch curbs my hunger better.But I'm not sure if its the way to go because it doesnt fall under 5 regular meals. more like regular snacking on a diffused meal.It helps me reduce hunger pangs. What are your opinions?

trying to go for a 1km run daily and hefting it up to 1km twice a day (2km a day) next week! 37kg to lose..D=

I've been overweight all my life and im getting tired of being overweight. So its time to make a difference to my life. I hope the support and success stories I can get here will spur me on!
