I Had a moment today. I made a fool of myself in front of someone I really respect! I was on my way to the cafeteria to get a greasy piece of pizza. As I walked towards the pizza line I thought I would just walk past the salads and look. I then saw a coworker who i have talked to about eating better... There she was with a healthier choice. So i grabbed the salad and a fruit smoothie. I feel satisfied too! ... Now I am questioning... was it really less calories than on piece of pizza?
Not really but I did get a serving a vegetables and fruit. So maybe it was the better choice?

I am starting this diet because I am sick of seeing myself in the mirror and only seeing my tummy. I want to be healthy and I am not. i am worried that at this rate I will be 100 lbs over weight and have arthritis and eat all day. I feel like food controls my whole life. I have been trying to lose weight for almost 3 years now and i have gained weight instead of lost. It is time to take control!
