It has been 7 weeks and I have not been on the scales. My stepfather is ill and I am spending time with my mother. I am doing the best I can to stick with the WW ideals, but finding it isn't so easy. I might get the nerve and get on the scales today and see how things are going. I am hopeful that it's not too bad. Inside my head I hear myself saying that tomorrow I will get back on the WW wagon, but another day keeps right on coming!

I have not been doing so good with my dieting. I have wanted to just eat some sweets and I really haven't cared.

Well, at least the weight keeps coming off! Every week with WW I have recorded a weight loss and that makes me really really happy. I am down like about 14+ pounds and I'm feeling better and better as I go along. I really wish that I had measured myself as well, but I guess it's too late now! I really feel like I'm smaller along with weighing less. I can see the chart and see that it is going down slowly and steadily. Yeah!!

I am feeling really good about the fact that I lost weight over the holiday break. I did not go to WW for two weeks and worried about what would happen with the weight. But, for the last two weeks I have been using a liquid nutritional supplement for a couple meals. Then, I eat a reasonable dinner. This has definitely decreased my calorie intake. I'm sure that is why I am showing a weight loss. I have also been pretty consistent with my pills for appetite suppression and metabolism stimulation.

I have definitely gone off my diet the last two weeks, but it hasn't been terrible. I have done some exercising and I have tried to control what I am doing (even though I am not quite eating right). I have not had a WW meeting for two weeks and I hate thinking about what weigh in will be like next week. I am going to try using the Atkins Shakes for two of my meals and see how that goes for me. I'm hoping that it will help accellerate my weigh loss. I figure it can't hurt!
