My name is Cass and I do not like typing all that much, but ya'll are free to call me 918-261-3216 and 918-960-7442 if ya' wanna buddy to chat with for tips, recipe trading, or just giving pep talks to each other. Please do not give my number out to anyone or those annoying sales people though. Yo ucan also talk to my hubby-- he and I are both loosing 7 pds a week averaginf and we have been on the diet for two weeks. We are eating 1/2 to the diet plan and tweeking the other 1/2 to eat what everyone else is eating. Most of the recipes on this site are okay, but all but one so far I have found I have had to further change in order for us to loose weight and stay on this diet. We are eating more and working out less and eating cookies and cornbread and living normally. This is new, but I have been obsessed with finding different products and recipes and will share my new knowledge.

1st diet to work in 15 years and I can stay on it forever easy!!!
I started an all healthy diet. It is like the 5 millenthy diet i have ever done. This is one of the healthiest I have ever done. There are no pills. It is not a food like dog food gravy tasting food in nutra system. I was starving and have hypoglycemia and crashed on it. Weight watchers I was starving.Slim fast was just not for me since I love food too much to drink my meals. This diet I gotta tell you i have done for 5 days now. You eat more and more times a day!!! you work out slow and less and I have went from 182 to 177 in 5 days. I am stuffed and i am eating all day. It is so easy. It teaches you how to eat healthy to your body type to fire up your body metabolically and force your metabilism to run faster. This is the ONLY diet I have not crashed or wanted to cheat, or anything on. My husband started it too and has lost. My friend paid 300.00 for it and lost 100 pounds this easy too, so she gave me the book for free and taught me how to use it. THIS IS AMAZING. I am MORE HEALTHY, LESS HUNGRY< have MORE ENGERY and NO CRAVINGS!!!! My husband is Epileptic and I am Hypoglycemic!!! Both of these are dietary scarry medical conditions. This is the first diet in 15 years of crash dieting I have results and will be able to live forever on!!!! Let me know if yi'll have to tell ya' bout it.!!ou want to know about it.
