Also started protein shakes in the am. I mix it with banana and ice. Gold standard whey protein. I already feel slimmer and toner from the keytones and my diet and exercise plan. 170's are so close:)happy:):)

Bought a new supplement today Raspberry Ketones. First in a while adding a supplement to my weight loss plan. hope it helps my metabolic rate burns fat faster. 4 pounds in 2 months is too slow. Going to increase my protein intake, and be more strict all round. The product has given me more energy and cant wait to see how it will react when i hit the gym. this is the second day on it. Cant wait to see what happens 1 to 2 weeks from now on the scale.

:)Losing surely but slowly. Getting complacent cause Im almost in the 170's again:):) However I need to press on!!!!Prior to Nov 2012 this is the first in years since ive been close to 170's n it feels great:)i can almost look slim at this weight. Mayb for the first ill actually reach my goal weight of 163:)

Havent been to the gym since about a week now, cause i was sick. However ive definitely been losing. gona keepy up the green smoothie get sleep less stress n exercise....work clothes are definitely loser:)

still 181 but happy. gonna keep trying this week n if the scale doesnt move im gonna try back hydroxicut. This week lots of kayle smoothies high protein n gym.
