Some spring clean I fall clean. Yep that's today's agenda. Plus some meal prepping for next week. Nothing moved on the scale. No movement is better then up. Have a great Saturday 💖💖💖💖💖

Salami pizza
3x 1/3 cup, 84 g great value finely shredded Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups of Cauliflower rice
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices of Salami
1 egg
Cook cauliflower rice in a pan until somewhat dry.
Add spices. I used garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and oregano.
Add Parmesan cheese until it's melted into cauliflower.
Take off heat and add 1 beaten egg.
Form pizza crust on Parchment paper
Stick in preheated 400 degree oven until crust is almost golden brown,
add Mozzarella on top and Salami and back about 10 more pizza.
If pizza get brown to fast turn oven down to 350 degrees

I made this pizza for lunch today. Had 2 slices and it was delish.
Question: you know how you have the create cook book option you your phone, can anybody else see it or just me?
