It is 3/27/14. Here I am again trying to lose weight. I want to be 25 lbs lighter by my 60 the birthday the end of July! I started counting calories in my head last week...lost 5 lbs !! But I need to be stricter with myself so I came back to fat secret in order to follow a calendar and enter everything I put in my mouth. This will be more accurate and hopefully keep me motivated!

Came up short in calories my first day (yesterday). Today I am feeling very motivated and excited to be doing this. I feel age creeping up on my body and I want to be healthier than I have been. I want to have a Non-sick future and have energy to take on what's sent my way! The added plus is my daughter Kelly is doing it with me, long distance, and she's excited too. I want her to be healthier so she will have a healthy future and be an example to her children! Off I go..... :D
