I did horrible today! I ate horribly! All I did today was eat a bunch of crap & went way over my daily calories plus I didn't get to the gym today! I will go to the gym tomorrow! And do better about keeping my diet in check!

Didn't make it to the gym today...tired & had cramps. Will definately go tomorrow. Didn't eat as well as I should have...I had pizza but at least it was veggie pizza.

I started working out on Monday. This is the first time since my son was born 4 years ago. Let me tell you I can feel it! I am a hurting unit! But I know it will be worth it when I can wear the clothes I want to wear and know they look good again! Also that trip to Vegas will be so much better if I feel good about myself. I did a step class tonight & I thought I was gonna die half way through but I kept pushing myself. I can do this! It will get easier! I also did much better with my calorie count today!
