Not losing anymore weight yet, although I still feel confident I will lose more. Not sure why I am not, maybe I need to step up my exercise a bit. Eh whatever. I feel completely exhausted tonight, but here I am working out all the same.

No migraines today.

Healthwise, everything else seems ok, just tired, tired all the time and I don't understand it. I did get plenty of sleep last night even, slept in a bit to be sure of it, even so, tired all day. Hopefully as my weight decreases, which I am hoping it will continue to do, I will see a return of some energy. I may have to take some time to think about how to switch up my exercising a little though and come up with a more intensive plan that will hopefully help me lose a little faster. What I am doing now doesn't seem to quite be doing the trick.

Stayed up late last night reading my book. Very tired this morning, but even so I got up and did my chores. Did some solid cleaning last night as well. Feeling pretty good about that. I think within a few days things will be good and normal and I will be solidly back into my writing. Finishing up this series today (Call the Midwife) also had some great time this morning focusing on the Lord, reading Resurfacing, and watching the Doctor, not to mention finished the book club book. All those things have made me weepy. Humanity, death, struggle. Great writing and fiction shows us our own struggles and reveals the ecstasies and despairs of the human existence. It can be quite poignant. More on this in the other blog.

Health is good, got a slight headache from wearing my contacts this morning, but otherwise fine. I took my contacts out and am doing alright now.

No migraines.

Although definitely the flirtation of one. I took Aleve and am doing alright. Exercised a solid amount this morning too. I am really feeling productive, but very tired today. Now if I can just channel my energies into some solid writing, I think I will start feeling accomplished as well.

Bad day today. Didn't get up this morning and exercise or do anything else really. Just did the minimum to get to work ok, not much else. Worked hard at work and got a lot accomplished. Got groceries came home and had a complete meltdown. Exhausting week. Doing better now. Want to be productive. Took some more stuff off my dance card. Giving up on the movies for now. TV, finishing reading this book, exercise and health plans, and working on writing only right now. Enough of all that to keep me overwhelmingly busy at the moment. On my vacation I will focus on getting my home cleaned and prepped for the spring and summer and then I will be set for a while. Hopefully then I can refocus, regroup, and start including some more things in my life. It will be good to get back into the drive thru full time again.

No migraines today.

I awoke with blood in my mouth again and the house completely dry. Really hate this humidifier.

After my meltdown, Tyson gave me permission to have a treat. I am not sure why I couldn't give myself permission for that. I had lunch and wasn't even sure I wanted one, but after a while I decided to have it and I am glad I did. A tiny reese's peanut butter egg. 90 calories. A big punch for a small thing, but that is ok, still well within my calorie allowance for the day, and in fact, it is late enough in the day that I am not even sure I feel like having dinner. Very full at the moment and it is already 6:30 PM. I may just have a light snack for dinner including some fiber. I don't feel like preparing anything big right now.

I'll be better and more on my A-Game tomorrow for sure. Just needed to give myself permission to relax and take a break. I am glad Tyson reasoned with me on that.

Well, my weight was up a little this morning, but I think that was because I had Chipotle and that is very salty. I expect I will be down again come Monday.

MIGRAINE today.

I awoke with one, but as it wasn't too severe, I tried to ignore it for half the day, finally took a Relpax. It just wasn't going away and it was wearing on me. Took the Relpax around 12:30-1:00PM.

Otherwise things are good. Not really having issues with hunger or anything, but I am missing sweets a little this afternoon, that could be from the salty Chipotle. Gonna go to the grocery store tonight then go and search Mom and Dad's house to see if I can find some information for Dad then finally home to relax. I plan on finishing this book for book club tonight, that should allow me to refocus on exercising and writing. Not really interested in reading any more books until I get some good work done on my own.

Gonna try and do some more exercising this weekend too. We'll see how that goes. Not much else to report. Sticking to the diet pretty well!
