well im loving life at present, ive come a long way from being fat and sad, anxiety and depression off the scale to lighter happier and healthier thanks to grady my personal trainer, iv'e paid gym memberships for years and never showed up maybe last a week before anxiety took over and stopped me dead in my tracks, Grady is a true legend to me he took me and baby stepped me all the way to now were im pushing boundaries like never before, im so determined to beat depression and anxiety out of my life and lifting at the gym is seeing me achieve this, also as well as 18 kgs gone to fat heaven, the new friends at the gym are true friends now, when you go out and people notice your looking thinner but don't say anything but if they do you feel overpowered with im killing this and not have that extra beer, waiting for the next morning to get into lift mode and await more positive feedback, everyone at the gym i go to be them fat, thin, obese, model material all seem to have the same outlook on life and are happy to say hi, the longer iv'e been going the better it's getting, i know people on first names (and yes there's the odd come on mate one more lift when your blue in the face yelled from some other corner of the gym), just having a share of my early days to body building at the gym at the tender age of 47, sit back enjoy my ride cause its all good from here, my saying i use most frequently around is "GET YOUR FAT OUT" be it at the beach or in the gym you have to get it out to get it out, have a fantastic day week month and years to come people till next time "GET YOUR FAT OUT", class dismissed
