NOT weighing in today because I FEEL fat , I have been really constipated and one great POOP and I will feel better . Thinking I need some sort of laxitive but prefer to give it the time first . still watching calorie intake and getting in SOME exercise . Hopefully by tomorrow I can weigh in

Friday the 13th and my weight is STUCK , I am trying to be soooooo GOOD about logging in what I REALLY eat and my actual activities but things just don't move on the scale . Last night and today my belly has been feeling like it is constipated , maybe more water is needed ??

Did the 2 mile walking workout this morning !! Felt so good !!! Got the shopping done ...BOOM , energy to spare !! I feel GREAT

Yaay !! It is Friday and I am sticking to my routine !! Being good and doing my power walking PLUS running in the restaurant ! I feel really good but will NOT weigh in till tomorrow , Disappointing when you THINK you are doing really well and the scale goes UP not DOWN ... Sunday I am WALKING the Bob Jones TRAIL !! Next week I will try it on Bicycle ... 3 miles in and 3 miles out
