ok so I did pretty good restricting all day. My goal today was 250 kcal and I think I got pretty close mid-afteroon so I sat down and I said to myself "k tea, you're going to fast till tomorrow." and I was all excited about it.. But when my family sat down to eat at Peggy Sue's (I call it Piggy Sue's so I feel bad about going there) I ordered a vanilla milkshake and a burger?? I hate myself??? So I'm fasting until Sunday then restarting the quick fix diet. I'm just super annoyed by what I ate AND I told my best friend Jordan about my b/p problem that I'm trying to fix. So that's annoying. He already suspects that I don't eat anything even though I tell him all the time that I'm cooking or I'm eating a cake (I'm lying most of the time tbh) but now I'm going to have to try to cover it up even more.

I also seem to be getting cramps late at night. Probably hunger pangs but it still hurts. My stomach never feels empty anymore, it just hurts and makes me feel like throwing up.. I got really bad diarrhea tonight too.. I don't know what's going on but I really need to get back on track. I'll never reach my goal weights unless I really crack down and get to work.
