Another weekend, and all of my hard work during the week is gone! Dang.. I plan to follow my program Monday through Thursday pretty strictly, then let loose a little on the weekends, but still exercise -Hmmmm, seems I better re-think that if I am ever going to lose and keep it off. Back to the grind. :)
This week treadmill every night, eating 1200 calories Monday - Friday. Keep moving!!! I have a birthday party on Saturday, that will be my only day to allow myself a little break.

Yesterday I started my 10 day all natural cleanse. I still get to eat - clean (veggies, protein). I did do my treadmill for 40 mins after my son went to bed which seems to work out better than trying to get up an hour early! Not happening, even though I have great intentions. haha
Feeling good, positive and ready to start feeling better! :)

I have been MIS!! Not to worry, had a 5 day west coast beach trip scheduled and just got back home and to work - now I have to go to the store and get my food. Will be back next Monday to start over again with my calorie counting. :) Doing a 10 day cleanse with a friend to help kick start our journey! I will at least start treadmilling until then - then I will start my Insanity dvd's which I love! Well, love/hate you might say. haha. Its all good - I always feel better when I am eating to live, not living to eat and exercising.

Today I weighed myself and the 5lbs I lost, is back on. Even though I knew it was too good to be true, since I just started a couple days ago, I was so hoping it would stay! :) Oh well. I think I may have gone over my calories with my dinner - I am always so hungry the first couple weeks. Not a lot of exercise happening either - we are tiling our rec room, and that's taking up a lot of my free time right now. Once it is done, I think I will join a fitness challenge on here to keep motivated!
