I am 43 years old. Most of my young life I maintained an average weight. It was not until my late 20's or early 30'S that I started to experience weight gain. I have now decided it is time to start getting serious about losing the weight. I have high blood pressure and have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have strart on the Atkins diet and hope that it will be the start of what will be a new life and a new me.
