I'm happy that I have lost 5 pounds. It's a start but I need more commitment and need to move more! Noticed that when I did my excercise journal.

Well I weighed in and I'm still at 200. I haven't gained nor lost. I need to get out and walk more but I'm also fighting depression. I lost my job a few weeks ago and I'm worried about my kids needing money to pay for dual college courses and other things. I can't collect unemployment from the previous job either. So this worry is sabatogeing (or however you spell it) my diet in every way! :(
So I'm off to take a walk and look for a new job.

Today I was recording in my food and excercise journal. Yesterday I goofed. Celebrated the kids going back to school and I put down my foods I ate. When I saw how many calories I had eaten I was like, ah ha! No wonder why I can't lose this weight! I have decided to cut back on my fat and sugar intake and drink some water. A hard switch to make knowing that I LOVE Dr. Pepper! I will cut back a little at a time. Pray for me please! :)
