That was an eggroll for lunch with a mocha freeze and a taco for dinner and sparkling water. This isnt the best way to go but im super annoyed of having this weight gain so rapidly! Im going for a 1200 calorie diet to lose weight so I’ll start over fresh yadda yadda yadda i know, boring but its my way of keeping tabs anyhow im determined to stay within the means of the calorie intake and if i gain anither pound i may as well go on a fast or whatever will help i was gonna say something about going bolemic but scratch that i dont want to offend anybody

Well i was introduced to the alternative way to flavor foods without salt using herbs n spices and well i admit its taking me time to get used to, i did go off course last week and regretfully watched my weight go up 7 pounds in 7 days so i took the last of my prescribed torsemide tab and lost the 7 lbs in a mere day and im so dang upset that i ate nothing but an eggroll a

Guys, is there something I’m not doing right? I get a good workout everyday (a lot of standing, walking, cleaning)been watching the sodium n calorie intake meticulously yet the pounds just won’t stop increasing! 😡I’ve even went as far as ordering a super strength bottle of water pills as it seems to be the only thing helping to shed the weight uggghh!!

How could i have been in such denial of my healthy well being neglecting a healthy diet and active exercising..? Well all those years have cost me dearly yet I’m determined more than ever to push forward positively since my recent incident getting diagnosed with congestive heart failure mmhmm time to grow up and face the battle
