have so blown it over the last couple of months but am fixing to get back on track and stay there! so excited to be moving to a place that backs up to the trail that I use so I will not have ANY excuses not to!

I did pretty well today considering... I woke up at 11am and didn't have a protein shake until 3pm. worked from 5-8pm. ate twice during both times was some amount of baked chicken and raw veggies(gr peppers, cukes, tomato, celery) with either blue cheese or ranch dressing to dip. also dipped chicken in honey chipotle sauce. was extremely tired on the treadmill and the usual pace was too much so I slowed it down but refused to stop until the hour was complete. also did not have as much liquids as usual. feeling like I might be coming down with something :/ stress level 7 but did NOT stop at dairy queen!

2 days of pretty good. yesterday one slice of cheese pizza and the day before cheese and pineapple along with a mini dairy queen blizzard thingy with reeses cups :/ im surprised that Im down considering the dairy ive had but hey, its working so im gonna run with it. 5k on the treadmill last night walking.
