Jump Start Your Day-Early AM Cardio
I just started a wt loss program and have also started to workout (cardio and strength training) in the mornings. I like to exercise first thing and get it over with otherwise I will find other things to do later in the day. I find that I have more energy throughout the day after exercising. In the end, I am sure timing is a personal preference.

I am looking forward to getting started again. I know how good you can feel after exercising in the morning. Will begin tomorrow morning.
