Woke up today a little after 7:30. Weighed in this morning at 198.2. It's very interesting how the body weight fluctuates. Anyhow I'm gonna make a green juice and then head to the gym. Hopefully get in and out by 10:15am.

Well it's 1:22am and I'm not living up to my part of the deal with getting to bed early. I'm up way to late and this is unacceptable if I want to achieve the goals that I've set for myself. Since writing previously in this journal this is how the rest of my day went as far as my diet is concerned:
1 machiatto with a ginger snap cookie
several oreo cookies and chips at Nicco's
and then for dinner fish and veggies and a couple glasses of champagne.

I'm officially back into my grove of the gym, but I've been trying to get back into Yoga. I was suppose to start last week but I have yet to begin. I think the biggest challenge is just getting there. The fact that the gym is just downstairs makes a big difference for me. I have started to be more conscious of my diet but still slipping up here and there. Bread seems to be the biggest problem along with sweets, but I'm not sure that I necessarily have to rid myself of these things, but be more mindful of how much is my intake of them. I have not weighed myself today but I will. Today at the gym I worked my arms, triceps, and shoulders. I'm not doing any certain routine. I'm just going with the do what you feel approach. I hope that keeping this journal and help me stay a little bit more on track, but it is difficult. Especially when your hungry! can do this. I would like to get mean and lean and be about 11% body fat. Thats a crazy goal, but I want to achieve it. If I can knock this out, I'm going to feel totally different about myself. I just ate a protein shake with an active drink yogurt and I wonder if I'm crashing because of it or if I'm just tired.
