Finally did my "opening weigh in" last night as I figured out where the scale was. 250.0! I would make fun of me. :(
Needless to say, I'm about 11lbs up from a year ago, so that's gotta change fast. I already screwed up my Monday with donuts, but let's see what we can pull off this week.
My goals, right now, are pretty simple as I try to adjust:
- Only go out to lunch with work people once a week or none at all
- Do not go over 2,000 calories in a day
- Target 1,750 calories in a day
- Reduce sugar intake (this is fuzzy for now)

So, yesterday was pretty awful, but my goal was to not change any habits and record it to see how it looks. It was probably a lighter day in the whole scheme of things, and yet, that's 2750 calories without anything to bring it back a notch.
Today is by default a lighter day, so we'll see how that turns out. I can then start putting together a plan for next week to try to keep things at 2k or less.
