Why do people eat high protein diets?
Guys I think high protein diets do not demand any special type of ingredient or food. This means that, relative to other specialty diet plans at least, they tend to be very affordable. You can continue to eat normal foods and do not require to go out looking for unusual ingredients.

No weight loss ????
It's been 3 weeks of my healthy and balanced eating and exercise. I'm taking in around 1200 calories daily and exercising. I have not seen any change in my body or body weight. If I take in anymore calories then 1200 calories then I start gaining weight. Any suggestions?
