I am following a diet of protien, salad/veg, and very low carbs.
My early morning brain is slugish, my brain feels tired all the time,
and my general muscle energy is lower than I wish.
If I eat more carbs, the point of this diet is ruined. The diet says that without carbs, your body must fuel itself with the protein you eat.
I should have lost more than one pound this week! This is disappointing.
I still crave more food after dinner and just before bed.
My diet should have regulated my blood sugars by now, and my body should be using my fat stores for fuel. I must be eating too many carbs still.:(
I use stretch band exercises to strengthen, which is going well. My gardening muscles don't feel any burn like the they usually do in the spring, and I feel generally strong enough as I work. (digging, lifting, building)
Gardening and daily walks are not enough to loose weight with for me, even when I follow my diet.
I have found that I need to walk doing HIIT techniques to loose weight!
My knees rebell and talk back to me. This is why I need to loose weight!
But also why I resist doing it sometimes.
