My calories are really low today so far. I've not had enough fat today I guess. And last night we went to Ryan's and even with all I ate (including the part of the pumpkin pie that isn't the crust) I came in below both the calorie and carb totals I've been keeping to.

Today is my son's first (half) day of Kindergarten. He sure wasn't clingy when I took him to his room today lol
Their first full day is Monday.

Even though I have not been able to weigh, I know I am losing either pounds or inches because there are things that have been almost impossible to do these last several months that today I can do about 70% better. Was in a lot of pain this morning but not hurting as badly now.

I started using Fatsecret because of its extensive food database and that part really is good. There is one drawback though that is really kinda bugging me. On FitDay I am able to see charts of all of my nutrient breakdowns, all of the different vitamins and minerals that are in what I eat. Here (unless I've missed it) I cannot. I am on blood thinners so it would do me well to keep tabs on how much Vitamin K I am eating on average.
Still no idea where I can weigh. It may be near the end of September before I am able to. That is when I go to my pain management doctor. They have a scale that will weigh me but his practice is in another town and we only travel there once every three months.
