So I made a mistake on my last weigh in. I accidentally entered 331lbs. What a shocker!

Resetting my fat loss goals. After having developed an aversion to tracking it seems that for a least 12 weeks I'll have to get back to it. While I'm eating pretty clean I just know know how much I'm really eating. :-)

Riding on our successes and learning from our mistakes!
It has been a great week. I've gotten my eating under control, my ratios of carbs to fats to protein have been really good. I've not logged everything but here is an example of what I ate last night for dinner.
My ratios based on what I logged during the day were pretty good. Going into dinner I ate a palm size portion of liver, 1/2 cup of wild rice, 1.5 cups of vegetables (cupped hands) and one banana.
I did some strength training prior to dinner and I killed it! Needles to say I'm riding on that this morning.
Brought in a healthy size of liver and braised pork for protein and about 2.5 cups of vegetables plus some kimchi to throw in the mix.
I have my standing rig setup at the office so I'll be doing lots of that today taking breaks from standing every half hour or so.

Let's see...
Today's early morning training session was meant to be a highly metabolic complex full of swings and presses and crawling.
Instead I did some mobility work and I feel so much better. Foam rolling, windmills. It was fun and to the point.
I have some good food prepared for the rest of the day.
