Stepping on the scale and seeing 207 was the worst feeling in the world.
So I dieted all summer and got to 173
Then school started and I fell of the wagon
By 13 pounds.
Here we go again. :D

Break"FAST" suggestions, please....
try omlettes using egg beaters. My mom makes them all the time for her diet. They even come in flavors like southern that are already mixed in so you can shake up your mornings with a little flavor. Plus all you have to do is measure out the amount and pour it into a pan so no mixing eggs or chopping veggies.

If you keep doing eggs and find they're too bland try getting some new seasonings, I use an seasoning that has a bunched of spices mixed in. No calories and not too much salt (yey!)

Also try getting a mini pan. I have one and it's perfect for breakfast because it's easy to clean and small enough to heat up really quickly. I think I got mine from target.
