Sorry, I do not understand
It is easy to let those numbers confuse you! Just simply monitor the amount of calories that you take-in daily and track your calorie burn. This will let you know if you are creating a calorie deficit and if you are, then you will lose weight!
Good Luck!

Motivation. I want to know simple tricks!
Its great that you are staying motivated! coffee has so many benefits for weight loss and many other diseases as well.
I love my coffee, but I am sure not to add any junk to it.
Along with being a great way to get energy it is also a natural way to suppress the appetite!
Try to add a fair amount of foods that are loaded with B5 to your diet. B5 is a natural fat fighter and is found in foods like salmon, eggs, berries and some greens!
Hope this helps!
Good Luck with your fitness goals!

New here, would love some buddies
Hi Monica!! I'm glad your here!
While I don't have RA I do understand what it is like to live with disc-degeneration. Due to a large number of broken bones and genetics I had a tremendous amount of weight gain over the years. Fortunately, I have made myself aware of which foods to avoid and the ones that are beneficial to weight loss, along with a healthy life! Currently I am down 30 pounds with eating the right foods and I feel so much better!
Best of luck!

Foods that burn fat
With the exception of the green veg and fruit section. There are several types of fruit that will add fat to the body. What you want are fruits, veggies and meats that are loaded with Pantothenic Acid(B5). This vitamin has been known for years to be a fat fighter. It is in its molecular composition to seek out and destroy fat.
Try to plan a diet around this concept you will be successful.
As for the gentleman that says as long as you workout you can eat whatever you want. While this may be true for those that have the ability to workout on a consistent basis. It is not true for people with thyroid issues and physical limitations that prevent them from participating in an aggressive workout routine.
These people(myself included) have to be diligent with dieting and food consumption in order to achieve our weigh loss goals.
I personally had to ease into my exercise routine and had an aggressive diet program.
In the end it is all about creating a calorie deficit! That is when the weight loss truly takes place!

Is Sugar Toxic (60 Minutes)

Too much of anything is not good for us, everything in moderation. The closer a food is to its natural state the better it is for us...just saying.

I totally agree with this post. Processed foods that convert to sugar are the worst for our bodies. However, too much natural sugar can lead to excess belly fat. The best way to consume natural sugars is in the morning with oatmeal and a banana or a smoothie. This gives us a natural boost to help us get our day started out on the right foot! I always try to consume foods that are rich in B5, which is a natural fat fighter!
I try to limit my sugar intake at all costs. this doesn't mean that I don't cheat from time to time. But I always try to stay natural and drink plenty of water!
Great Topic!Cool
