KOSAMA-Upper Body
Well they switched it up on me. So much for workouts getting easier. Just when you think you got it, they add 56 new exercises. Guess that's to keep me on my toes.

Time to Get Serious with KOSAMA
Technically I just finished my sixth week of an extreme workout program. My real starting weight was 240 and now I am at 226. Making progress!
I have only four weeks left of the program (I'm going to do the next session as well) and want to kick it into high gear. This means not only do I need to continue my work outs, which I'm now rocking at, but I have to get my diet under control.
My food consumption is sabatoging my results.
ANNOYED!
So, starting today, I will be logging my food everyday,
NO EXCEPTIONS!
