Starting over at the new weight is the pits. Didn't want to even record it, but I know I didn't get here in one day, and I am not going to be able get back down in a day. One day at a time!

ok so it is september 2010 and i far off track and trying to get things right again. Stress is kickin my but, taking care of two sick parents and a 15 year old girl is wearing me out, but i have to do better at taking me time and definatedly at exercising. God help me to be strong and to press through task i have at hand
