Sunday/Monday: 3 Times awake, 16 times restless, 2 hr, 26 min awake for 8:46 of sleep.

The Nexium, for stomach pain, seems to be helping; however, I am not sure if it is making a difference with chest pain. Prior to the gym last night, I took an Aspirin.

Each check on my heart has evinced health. An Issaquah Heart Specialist did state that Radiation appears to have caused some damage on the left side of the neck.

The normal range for a 40-year-old woman is between 60 and 100 beats per minute.

Moderate exercise: 220-46 = 174 x 65 = 113
Maximum exercise: 220-46 = 174 x .90 = 156
