finally made it past 271 in the past I could never get blow it and I would give up. It's not even been a week yet and I have already lost 9.2lbs. Last night I did not have time to go on my daily 10 mile bike ride so instead I went to the gym for an hour. I worked on my legs and abs while there. So far on this diet I have still not gotten any hunger pains.

finished a day of the slimfast diet, I'm impressed with how full the bars make you. I cut my calorie intake in half and I'm not even hungry.

Well its been a while and I neglected this for to long. From here on I am making a goal to bike 10 miles a day. I just got me and emily bikes last week and we have started using them quite a bit.

After eating taco-bell i find its hard to stay awake at work. Something I did not notice when I was not eating fast food.
