Yesterday was my first day in the gym ever, what a great new experience that was! i was there with my sister and we had so much fun,and the trainer was a great person too. But i would call her a bit pushy ;) 'i call you when you don't show up' she said laughing and when we left 'tomorrow is a great day to come again'and without asking us she said 'see you tomorrow then!' so i guess i have an appointment again today and i'm really looking forward to it!btw to me it feels more like having a personal trainer than just being in the gym :D what a great luxurity i take advantage of :D

the weight went up yesterday i suppose,because i ate so much and so much sweets. even thinking about it makes me feel sick. however i was doing that on purpose. i want to stick to my diet starting today and also to those challenge and those cravings for chocolate could make me lose my focus. guess what? i'm healed! i don't want any chocolate anymore.never. but this was a quite radical technique and i won't torture myself like this anymore. good luck for everyone in their weight loss journey.
