I ate really good yesterday and I walked 10 miles. I am pretty proud of myself. I just want to keep on this high~I know I can do it. It will happen.

Went for a long walk with my daughter last night and one of my really good friend Wendy. It was so beautiful outside after work. This week has been crazy..havent been able to hit the gym at all. Havent been able to run any. Tonight is the awards banquet that the high school so again no gym. Will try to go for a long walk with my daughter and my friend Robin today after work. I did weigh myself and still weigh 173 UGH..:( Well I will try to eat well today and hopefully get my body motivated again..hate it...

Another bad day..for breakfast I had pancakes,for lunch I had McDonalds..what the heck!! I know what it is..#1 Stress & Depression, and teenagers!! LOL Starting tonight I am going to the gym working out hard, going to grocery store buying some good health food, and tomorrow focus on me and not stress over things. I will focus on eatting more Protein and less Carbs..#2 Put myself first..that is hard..

Very discouraged today..I havent weighed myself only because afraid of what the scale will say. It will depress me..lol..the weather here is misrable and I know it would totally help me going to the gym tonight. So those are my plans. Didnt eat good last night and so far dont feel I have eatten good today. have to drink lots of water..
