I have had a rough couple of weeks. I am in the process of selling my business which is extremely stressful. Unfortunately I have been eating out a lot because I am so overwhelmed by everything that I have to do that I have been running around like crazy and haven't been to the grocery store. I also had a bday last weekend so everyone wants to take you to dinner. It's frustrating that I am in the spot I am in and went back to old habits. Needless to say, I have gained. I know that I can get back on track but it's hard to say when my life is going to settle down. On a positive note, eating all the bad stuff I used to really wasn't that great anymore. I kind of felt like a kid doing something naughty and thought it would taste so good, but it didn't. I actually have been craving my fruits and veggies that I have been lacking. Just really disappointed in myself and praying to have a normal life, if that is even something that exists. I am just tired of being so stressed all the time....

DAY 49 and I finally broke through my little plateau. I went back on Phase 1, went off of it though over the weekend but still ended up losing a couple pounds. I am finally down to 135 so I have officially lost 10 pounds!!! Yeah!!! I need to lose like 15 more but hey thats a start. I know I really need to add in more exercise and start being more consistent with it. I got to a point where I don't think I was eating enough food. I actually watched the show this weekend and I saw Dr. Ian say you're not eating enough, your body needs all that food to lose weight, so I added a little more protein than what I was getting and I ended up dropping, so there ya go!!! Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well.

I got the Extreme Fat Smash book to check it out although I am on Day 46 of the original Fat Smash Diet. Thought I would look at it as I am not losing any weight. I can't even call it a plateau as I haven't even barely lost weight yet. I think my body has just adapted really well to eating better and I am holding still. I still need to lose at least 15-20 pounds. Probably need to add in more exercise but I do the best that I can right now. So I read the first week of food for the extreme and it sounds comparable to the original. I think it's just adding in a lot more exercise which seems to be the issue for me right now. I will try to put a meal plan together hopefully over the weekend and see if I can do it. It says you can lose 12 pounds in the 3 weeks. That would be great, thats more than I have lost on the original in 6 weeks.
