I am married. Have 4 children and 10 great grandchildren,& 3 great grandchildren. I'm actually 70 pounds over where i'd like to be. My husband is also overweight, but doesn't follow my weight loss activities. I walk alot some days at work. I work late and wake up late. Therefore, I eat late too.
