Marketing professional in financial services. I've been able to lose weight before--but in a much less stressful life style and environment. I 100% believe that you can't out-exercise a bad diet--and that's the road I've taken before. I'm going to try to get mu diet under control first this time--and add exercise in gradually. Also, I've usually been a cardio-fiend. This time, I'll be focusing on body weight and weight training.
